As your Health Coach I act as your personal knowledgeable adviser by providing ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

Your 28-day Jumpstart is a boost in the right direction and focuses mainly on how to fuel your body for optimal nutrition. During this 4-week program we’ll hone in fast on your health and lifestyle concerns and get you moving in the right direction toward creating healthy habits that last.
The program includes:
- One weekly 30- minute coaching session with me each week for 4 weeks
- A Done-for-you workbook with supplemental handouts, mini-lessons and easy-to-prepare healthy recipes
- Ongoing analysis of your eating and lifestyle habits with recommended tweaks and changes
- Actionable takeaways after every session to put what you’ve learned into practice
- Unlimited email support
